Service Impact

CALM Mediation has recently started to monitor the impact we have on peoples' lives. We recognise that we won't be able to successfully resolve all disputes, but we are committed to making a positive impact on the lives of all those who we come across in the course of our work.

As part of our monitoring, we ask clients to provide an Impact Statement before we start working with them, and again once our work is nearly done. This helps us identify what effect our service has had on individual clients' lives.

We have also found that writing the Impact Statements helps our clients to put their issues on paper and 'get them off their chest'.

We aren't able to provide too much detail about individual Impact Statements, but where we can provide the information without compromising Confidentiality we have done so. To read some of the statements received, please click the 'Next' button
